Most companies have a dedicated DBA team who look after the databases. This can mean that databases are a no-go area for storage people. This section discusses the storage aspects of databases, and should tell a Storage Adiminstrator enough to be able to speak the DBA language, so they can discuss database storage issues. It is not intended to be a database reference section, or a 'how to do it' section for DBAs.

Topics covered so far are DB2, Oracle, MSSQL and Lotus Notes. Use the selection bar above and the menu on the right to access each database topic.
